WordPress Developer
As a WordPress Developer, you are an expert in using the dynamic programming tools and languages that fuel the Web. You will work as part of a team that builds and integrates interactive websites on a WordPress multi-site platform. Your role is to make our beautiful designs function, which means programming websites from start to finish and testing them on various browsers, enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best end product for our clients. As a web developer, you might also architect and customize WordPress plugins. You must have an in-depth understanding of WordPress and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions clearly and concisely.

As a Web Designer, you have a firm grasp of current design trends and are an expert with digital design software. Your goal with TMD is to create beautiful websites, websites that maintain the client’s brand while appealing to their customers. You must have a clear understanding of best practices for page layout, color and functionality of websites. As a TMD designer, you might also have the opportunity to create print media, so a general understanding of design principlies for print is a plus.

This is commission based employment, compensation is in the amount of 15% of the total project contract. As the company grows, so does the opportunities within the company, this will develop into an hourly position plus commission.
